about lynne
Lynne Faires is a holistic nutrition coach and educator in permaculture & ecological living. Her path wasn't a straight line — living with autoimmune issues and chronic fatigue became the turning point that led her to slow down, reconnect with nature, and rethink everything she thought she knew about health. Today she teaches, writes, and grows — sharing what she's learned about nourishing food, medicinal plants, and regenerative ways of living from her permaculture garden in Franche-Comté. Her work is rooted in a simple belief: that wellness isn't something you buy or optimise — it's something you remember.

Walk through a patch and the whole air fills with a gentle
